Titusville Area Hospital (TAH) is a not-for-profit, community-based, acute care hospital in Titusville, PA founded in 1900. TAH is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Meadville Medical Center Health System located in Meadville, Pennsylvania. We serve portions of four counties providing care to more than 30,000 people.
