THE TECHNOLOGY HOUSE, LTD.
THE TECHNOLOGY HOUSE, LTD.
Streetsboro, Ohio
50-99 employees
The Technology House (TTH), is an exciting contract manufacturer working on the cutting edge of our world's future products using the most high tech equipment in the industry. We help to bring people's ideas from a concept sketch on a napkin to store shelves. TTH uses a collaborative approach, where our engineers and project managers work with our customers and vendors from the concept stage thru prototypes and into production. The benefit to this approach is that we learn and understand the product because we look at it from all aspects of the life cycle. This allows us to better suggest the manufacturing methods and materials for the best part quality, efficiency and cost. There are 3 stages that we utilize to develop a product: Design, Prototype and Production. These are used for any products in the Medical, Aerospace, Defense, Energy, Industrial, Consumer Goods, and other industries. Design: TTH can design a part from scratch or do modifications to existing products using reverse engineering. CAD designs are done in either Pro Engineer or Solidworks. Prototype: Additive Manufacturing, or 3D printing, is used to verify the part design and to make marketing show models using CLIP, SLA, FDM, SLS, Objet or DMLS technologies. Production: For bridge and low volume production, TTH will use Additive Manufacturing and RTV Cast Urethane Molding. For higher volume production, TTH will use CNC Machining, EDM Machining and Injection Molding to produce larger quantities. A great addition to our capabilities is the Carbon CLIP process which is an Additive Manufacturing technology that allows us to go straight from design to production using engineering grade materials. TTH, a Veteran Owned Small Business, was established in 1996 and has two facilties located between Cleveland and Akron in Streetsboro, OH and Solon, OH.
