Established in 1945, The Pittsburgh Foundation is one of the nation’s oldest community foundations and is the 15th largest of more than 750 community foundations across the United States. The Allegheny Conference on Community Development works with public & private sector leadership to improve the Pittsburgh region's economic future and quality of life. Founded in 1944, the Allegheny Conference is one of the nation's leading economic and community development organizations, combining strong private sector leadership with commitment from public sector partners to move solutions to challenges forward. Since 1937, Easterseals Rehabilitation Center in Wheeling has provided life-changing solutions for children and adults with disabilities. Our speech, physical and occupational therapists provide outpatient therapy for children and also serve children at home through WV Birth to Three and in many local school districts. We also provide medical rehabilitation services for children and adults, as well as autism diagnostic services (Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule-ADOS-2). We see clients throughout the Mid- and Upper Ohio Valley, with offices in Steubenville, Wheeling, New Martinsville and Parkersburg.

Ruffed Grouse Society & American Woodcock Society unite conservationists to improve wildlife habitat and forest health. Since 1961, RGS has promoted stewardship for our forests, our wildlife, and our future. Our vision is to create landscapes of diverse, functioning forest ecosystems that provide homes for wildlife and opportunities for people to experience them. RGS & AWS is a national nonprofit organization based out of the Pittsburgh, PA area.

Urban Impact is a faith-based 501(c)(3) non-profit community development organization whose mission is to do our part in fulfilling Christ’s Great Commission on the North Side of Pittsburgh by following His model of holistic ministry by investing in the lives of at-risk children, youth, and their families in order to develop responsible followers of Christ. The William Penn Association is a Fraternal Benefit Society founded over 130 years ago. Our Association operates on a non-profit basis, providing Life Insurance and Annuities to our members. The William Penn Association was founded on February 21, 1886 in Hazleton, Pennsylvania, by thirteen Hungarian coal miners. It was chartered by the State of Pennsylvania in December of that same year under the name “Verhovay Aid Association.” The goal of the founders was to extend a helping hand to each other and to the many Hungarian immigrants who worked and suffered in the mines and industrial centers of America at a period in its history when insurance of any sort was still in the far away future.

The Pittsburgh Promise is an innovative scholarship program that benefits students who graduate from The Pittsburgh Public Schools. A Promise Scholarship of up to $20,000 is available to every student who graduates from The Pittsburgh Public Schools. A Promise Scholarship is not a loan, it is a gift that says we believe that a well educated citizenry will help Pittsburgh to grow and flourish.

The Pittsburgh Downtown Partnership (PDP) is a non-profit organization that works to make Downtown a better place to live, work, play and do business. The PDP fosters a clean, safe, accessible, and vibrant Downtown through a wide range of strategies and advocacy for actions that will strengthen the city, enhance its beauty and vitality and make it a better place for business and pleasure.
