Accessibility: We help to ensure that our community has access to medical care when they need it. We accept Medicare, Medicaid and all forms of private insurance, as well as provide a sliding-scale fee structure, for self-pay patients, based on family size and income. Quality: Because we are a Federally Qualified Health Center, we are required to meet stringent federal guidelines for both our clinical care and our administrative processes. We pride ourselves in meeting and exceeding these requirements. Affordability: We strive to provide care in the most efficient manner possible by focusing on preventative and primary care, reducing our patients’ needs for more expensive inpatient and specialty care. Based on that belief, Frontier Community Services will advocate for the right of individuals with disabilities of all ages to live in the home and community of their choice.
