Chandler Concrete Company was originally founded as a concrete contracting firm, just after World War II in 1946, by R.F Kirkpatrick. In 1973, Tom Chandler purchased the ready mix business from Kirkpatrick and Chandler Concrete Company has continued as family owned and operated for over 40 years. Chandler Concrete has built a strong reputation for superior quality and outstanding customer service to focus on exceeding the customers'​ expectations each and every time.

Triangle Brick Company is a leading brick manufacturer headquartered in Durham, N.C. It was founded in 1959 with an original plant beginning production in 1960. Over the past 60+ years, Triangle Brick has grown in size, capacity, and innovation. Now, four plants are located in central North Carolina along with their corporate office in Durham, N.C. In early 2016 their first plant in Clay County, Texas began producing brick to serve TX, OK, LA, AK, and surrounding areas. They opened their second Clay County plant in September 2023. Triangle Brick’s plants are turn-key operations that begin with the on-site mining of native raw materials which are then shaped into millions of face bricks, pavers, and special shapes every year. Triangle Brick currently creates over 67 types of face brick consisting of 8 sizes, 8 color families, and 6 collections – that’s over 100 brick choices. Located at the corporate office in Durham, N.C., is Triangle Brick’s Design Center. The Carolinas Ready Mixed Concrete Association is a nonprofit industry trade organization established in 1951 by large and small ready mixed concrete producers and associated members who supply materials, equipment and services to our industry in North and South Carolina. The core goals of the Association are to provide member support for Product Promotion, Industry Advocacy, Education and Technical Services. The purpose of the CRMCA is to accomplish the following: 1. To present a single voice before State and Federal governments that regulate our industry. 2. To provide a clearing house through which members may coordinate their efforts in solving common problems. 3. To sponsor educational programs, seminars and workshops to promote the latest advances in concrete technology and to address other issues of interest to the industry. 4. To promote the highest standards of business practices among its members, and to provide a service to the industry that is better performed by a group rather than an individual or individual company. 5. To promote the increased use and applications of ready mixed concrete and to advance into new markets. 6. To promote and enhance cooperation between the suppliers and the providers of ready mixed concrete, which will benefit the industry and consumers.
