Samaritan House is Hampton Roads’ trusted domestic violence resource offering services to stop violence with education and training, safety planning and court assistance; and services to heal violence with counseling, support groups, children’s programs and more. Building a FormStack Platform to transform the over 1200 application process to an online platform. • Responsible for hiring, training, overseeing the day-to-day activities and motivating the marketing and communication department. • Running multiple department projects at once, including communications, sales, and events. • Establishes affiliate partnership programs • Creating and maintaining a multimillion-dollar annual budget. • Provide monthly financial reports and budget summaries to both the Board of Directors and Executive Committee. • Present marketing and communication proposals to the Board of Directors for approval.
