As a Bank Teller at First Carolina People's Credit Union, I provided a wide range of financial services to our members, including processing transactions, opening accounts, and answering questions about products and services. In this role, I was responsible for accurately and efficiently handling cash, checks, and other financial instruments, while also ensuring that our members' needs were met with a high level of customer service.In addition to my day-to-day responsibilities, I also assisted with various projects and initiatives, such as organizing promotional events and contributing to process improvement efforts. Throughout my time at First Carolina People's Credit Union, I developed a deep understanding of the banking industry and the regulatory environment in which it operates, as well as a strong commitment to maintaining the trust and confidence of our members.Overall, my experience as a Bank Teller at First Carolina People's Credit Union taught me the importance of attention to detail, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
