- Post daily cash receipts to Ledger for Retirement plan, Insurance Trust Fund and all Local Unions under larger National Union. - Perform monthly cash reconciliations for all entities amongst General Ledger detail, cash receipt spreadsheet and Invoice billing and posting system. - Perform monthly investment entry, expenses and fees analysis for the Individual Account Plan(retirement 401(k) plan) -Perform investment entries for the Union’s Scholarship Fund - Educate Union members on Investment options available in the plan, generate account statements and perform account updates as requested. - Gather payroll documents, confirmations and verifications of various processes associated with the retirement plan for upcoming audits. -Performed audits of shops associated with the Union to ensure all Union members work status and payments to Dues, Insurance premiums and retirement contributions are current and accurate.
