• From March 2014 to present, providing executive management services for an electronic recycling company in Kansas and a printing company in Missouri, working with owners and managers on operational, financial, and accounting matters. Developing strategic plans with owners, modifying organizational structure, mentoring key employees, hiring personnel and creating appropriate compensation plans, documenting and streamlining processes, writing and reviewing contracts, managing construction projects, reviewing creditworthiness of potential customers and buyers, reducing waste, working with key vendors such as bank and insurance broker, and implementing internal controls and month-end close procedures.
