Tiffany obtained the position of receptionist soon after graduating college, and in just three months was promoted to personal lines support representative. In this role she was responsible for processing customer payments, as well as policy cancellations and sending out form letters. She was also responsible for processing policy renewals and conducting photo inspections for clients. Among these responsibilities Tiffany also served as back-up to the receptionist during breaks, and assisted in receptionist duties such as distributing mail, answering phones, distributing incoming faxes, and greeting customers.
 
During her time she trained new receptionists, learned the importance of standard procedures and how to hold others accountable, and gained understanding on how to provide a high level of customer service.
