Velmex UniSlide®, BiSlide® and XSlide™ Assemblies provide simple, rugged, reliable motion offering thousands of configurations in simple single-axis slides to complex multi-axis systems. Velmex slides include anti-friction, dovetail, lead screw and linear slides. Table configurations include X-Y and -Z positioning; rotary; elevating; pan and tilt; indexing and scanning tables. Complete systems with motors, controls, adapter plates, frames, bases, software and additional options and accessories are available. Velmex was founded in 1967 in Bloomfield, a small community in upstate New York; making it one of the first manufacturers of precision positioning equipment. Early UniSlide® Assemblies produced were off-the-shelf dovetail slides in 1 ½” and 2 ½” widths. Currently Velmex has three slide brands – UniSlide®, BiSlide® and XSlide™ – two control brands – VXM™ Controllers and VRO™ Readouts – all available worldwide.
