Identify client information by conferring with staff, analyze operations,
evaluate input and output requirements.
Improve current systems by studding practices, procedures and problems;
provide input and recommendation’s regarding the purchase of hardware
and software; standardize use of hardware, software, telephone system,
copiers and faxes.
Provide references and information to staff by maintaining documentation,
maintaining a help desk, and acting as liaison between staff and vendors of
hardware and software.
Work on implementing new electronic medical records system and its
reporting component named Enhanced Business optimizer(EBO)
Work on dental office software Dentrix and its reporting module Office
Manager
Maintain network and assist with all reporting needs by different
departments to report to state and federal agencies.
Maintain email service as well as phones and security system.
Serve as help desk for all sites. Track and report on trouble ticks to help
identify where training was needed and help trend issues.
