Various quarterly and yearly IFTA and weight distance tax returns, reporting and filing for DOT licenses, hazardous material certifications and returns. Daily cash flow management for multiple large entities and various small entities/trust companies for the President and Vice-President of the company. Manage external financial audit, 401K audit, sales tax and insurance audits. Coordinate all employee benefits health/dental/life/vision/Aflac and 401K Trustee Recruit interview and select applicants, employee relations management, reward and ccompensation programs
