Responsibilities : As the Director of Quality at General Airframe Company I am responsible for leading the quality assurance and quality control initiatives across all 145 Repair Station operations. My role involves developing, implementing, and maintaining a comprehensive quality management system that aligns with FAA regulations, including FAA Part 145 standards, and industry best practices. Also overseeing compliance with all regulatory requirements and ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality in aircraft maintenance and operations.Key Responsibilities: -Regulatory compliance for a 14 CFR Part 145 Repair Station-Develop and implement a quality management system that complies with FAA regulations and industry standards, ensuring alignment with General Airframe Support operational goals.-Oversee quality assurance processes for aircraft maintenance, parts reclamation, and logistics operations, ensuring compliance with FAA Part 145 requirements.-Responsible for ensuring that all maintenance activities comply with regulatory standards and internal quality protocols.-Conduct regular audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify quality issues and ensure adherence to safety and operational standards.( AFRA,ASA,OSHA,FAA)-Lead investigations of quality incidents and non-conformities, providing data-driven analysis and recommendations for corrective actions.-Collaborate with management, operations, and safety teams to integrate quality initiatives into all aspects of the organization.-Develop and deliver training programs for employees on quality standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.-Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics, reporting findings to senior management and recommending strategies for improvement.-Stay updated on regulatory changes, industry trends, and advancements in quality management to maintain General Airframe Support competitive edge.
