Recent installations include flux leakage systems to inspect heavy wall tube to meet API and other specifications, ultrasonic/eddy current billet testers, and an online UT Weld Zone Test system delivered to a major tube producer, inspecting large diameter ERW tubes for hydraulic cylinders for mobile equipment, utilizing MAC’s Echomac® Ultrasonic Test Head installed right after the welding operation.
