The General Pension and Social Security Authority (GPSSA) is the responsible UAE-based federal authority mandated to apply pension and retirement benefits for Emiratis (males/females) working in a public or private sector in the UAE or GCC Region, given that they are between 18 to 60 years of age and are fit to work.
