The Jewish Federation of Somerset, Hunterdon and Warren Counties is the umbrella organization of the area's Jewish community, bringing together agencies, organizations and communities to support and fulfill the needs of the Jewish people. The Federation raises funds to coordinate services, and help support agencies that touch the lives of Jews in Somerset, Hunterdon and Warren Counties, in Israel, and throughout the world.

The Health Care Association of New Jersey (HCANJ) is an organization representing long term care providers who believe that the individuals served are entitled to a supportive environment in which professional and compassionate care is delivered. This belief compels HCANJ and its members to advocate for individuals who, because of social needs, disability, trauma, or illness, require services provided in a long term care setting, while also advocating for the long term care provider community. An integral part of HCANJ’s vision is to demonstrate leadership by identifying and communicating good practice models to the long term care field. HCANJ works to influence society and government to invest in the well-being of elderly and disabled individuals and to assure access to long term care. HCANJ is committed to developing necessary and reasonable public policies which balance economic and regulatory principles to support quality care and quality of life. HCANJ is dedicated to professionalism and ethical behavior among all who provide long term care, thus earning the confidence and trust of the public. HCANJ has met the lobbying, research and policy needs of long term care providers and has advocated for the people they serve for over six decades. Membership is open to nursing, subacute care, assisted living, adult day health care, comprehensive personal care and residential health care facilities. HCANJ’s proven advocacy program has helped shape legislative policy in New Jersey and throughout the nation. HCANJ clarifies issues and bridges the bureaucratic and political gap for our members. Our aggressive government affairs program advocates for long term care providers and consumers and is actively involved in the development of laws and regulations to ensure that members’ interests are advanced and protected. A not-for-profit organization, HCANJ is supported by member dues and is governed by an Executive Board that is elected by the members-at-large.

Located in Doylestown, Bucks County, PA, the Mercer Museum & Fonthill Castle are two historic properties celebrating the legacy of Henry Chapman Mercer (1856-1930), American archaeologist, anthropologist, ceramicist and scholar. The Mercer Museum & Fonthill Castle are operated by the Bucks County Historical Society.

The Healthcare Foundation of New Jersey is an independent, endowed grant-making organization dedicated to improving the lives and well-being of vulnerable populations and in reducing disparities in the delivery of healthcare and improving access to quality healthcare for those in in the Essex NJ area and the Greater MetroWest NJ Jewish community.

The Morris-Sussex-Warren Workforce Development Board (MSWWDB) plans and oversees workforce services to both the job seeker and employer in Morris, Sussex and Warren Counties in New Jersey. The MSWWDB provides oversight of the One-Stop system, a collaboration of partners whose goal is to provide workforce development, education and social services in a unified, seamless manner to residents and businesses of Morris, Sussex and Warren Counties. The WDB is a board of approximately 21 members. The majority of members are from the private sector; other members are from social services, labor, community-based organizations, and education. The six committees of the WDB make policy recommendations to the entire board.

The F.M. Kirby Foundation is a family foundation. Its grantees are largely in geographic areas of particular interest to five generations of family members and, in many cases, are organizations with which family members have been associated. The Foundation aims effectively to manage and utilize that which has been entrusted to it over multiple generations of the Kirby family. It strives to make thoughtful and prudent philanthropic commitments to highly selective grantee partners. The goal is to invest in opportunities that foster self-reliance or otherwise create strong, healthy communities. The Board of Directors recognizes that achieving its philanthropic aspirations takes time, effort and perseverance that often result in sustained funding relationships.
