Edison Properties’ philosophy was, and remains, to meet the needs of our customers, team members, and communities with long-term vision, not merely to seek short-terms gains. This same philosophy led them to create Manhattan Mini Storage – the only large-scale urban storage company of its kind; and later, to develop state-of-the-art office and apartment buildings. And now, Edison Properties takes the mission of rising together back to where it all started. In 2019 we completed work and moved our headquarters to a large warehouse in downtown Newark, New Jersey, that we transformed into cutting-edge office and retail space.
