In business for over 40 years T-M Vacuum Products occupies a modern 53,000 square foot manufacturing facility located in Cinnaminson New Jersey near Philadelphia that includes machining sheet metal and welding fabrication centers as well as assembly and test facilities. The products offered by T-M Vacuum fall into three general categories: Vacuum furnaces and ovens are available in various sizes for thermal processing. Vacuum furnaces are capable of attaining temperatures as high as 2000C while vacuum ovens can attain a maximum of 600C. Thin Film deposition systems which are made up of both sputtering systems and batch evaporation systems for either advanced research and development or full production. Atmospheric enclosures, commonly known as glove boxes, provided with either ambient or heated vacuum component conditioning areas used as interchanges into the work area. TM Vacuum Products equipment, such as the vacuum furnaces and ovens, are characterized by their rugged design, the use of the finest materials and for most systems, advanced control systems. Typical system life exceeds 20 years in a fulltime 24/7 production environment. Stainless steel is used extensively in the fabrication of all chambers and enclosures of our heat treating equipment. Automation is world class with most systems offered having some form of advanced system controls. T-M Vacuum strives to build the most advanced and cost effective systems including vacuum furnaces, vacuum ovens, optical coating systems, thin film deposition systems, atmospheric enclosures and other heat treating equipment available on the market today.
