My responsibilities include but are not limited to educating clients on account service and capabilities (e.g. how to read statements, how to use Online Access, paperless option), process account service request, collect necessary documentation to set up new accounts, assist with on-boarding of new team members, maintain client contact system with up to date client information, enter trade orders, direct incoming phone calls to appropriate team members, cashiering, assure that compliance files are kept in accordance with specific rules.
