Fully responsibile for overseeing the operations of a $110 million organization. Oversee multiple program types with a staff of approximately 1700. During my tenure the organization grew from approximately $56 million to $110 million. Responsibile for overall quality of existing programs and developing new programs and streams of revenue. I am also responsibile for overseeing a pre school program for children with developmental disabilities. Annual revenue is approximately $4 million.
