The company was created through a merger of the former Cole Industries, Inc. which was established in Southern Nevada in 1993, and Kepro International Company, Ltd which was established in Taiwan in 1986. After seeing his parents go through this, Cullen knew one thing for sure, GreenBroz equipment would have to be affordable for every business, from large corporations to the mom and pops. That's why, years later, Cullen has kept his promise to himself by creating high-quality machines at multiple price points, allowing the smallest cultivations in America a chance to compete in their local economy without breaking their bank.
