• Manage brand social media presence to increase engagement and following on existing platforms and build it from scratch on new platforms in order to expand reach and brand recognition • Assess company website and work with offsite web team to ensure relevant information is up to date, easy to find, and conforms with branding across other platforms and print materials • Compose communications such as press releases, letters, and SOPs from start to finish, including: researching, writing, obtaining quotes from stakeholders, ensuring medical accuracy where required, and proofreading• Monitor all platforms where the public is able to interact to ensure timely responses to encourage engagement, as well as to ensure any negative feedback or questions given publicly or privately are addressed quickly and appropriately to enhance patient satisfaction • Use Canva to create eye-catching, branded graphics for use on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn• Evaluate social media and Google insights to understand what content is engaging followers in order to adapt content in production accordingly• Coordinate lunch and other informational events with area primary care and specialty offices for Pioneer Heart providers to meet with their providers and their office managers to increase the referrals to PHI• Plan CPR training event for PHI patients and their family members to learn CPR, including coordinating with a trainer in the area to offer the class at no cost to participants, as well as putting together swag bags for them to take home
