- Responsible for monitoring 40+ affordable housing properties - Responsible for being direct contact with third party database company - Respond to investor requests for ad hoc reports or watch list status, and report same within MHEG - Prepare and update routine quarterly and annual reports on LIHTC affordable housing limited partnership investments - Create and improve database reports for all departments in the company - Respond to auditor requests for monitored properties and various ad hoc reports exported from the database - Maintain database of property information, developer, and investor contacts - Upload property address and benefits data into Database; upload other property data as necessary - Analyze and adjust monthly partnership financials, and annual budgets - Collect and compile financial and operational data on affordable housing properties - Budget and forecast property financials - Conduct site inspections of physical properties and complete reports for annual review purposes - Review property bank statements and reconciliations - Responsible for attending college job fairs and hiring Asset Management interns - Assist in training interns and new employees inside the Asset Management department
