Youth In Need aids thousands of children, teens, and families in finding safe, secure, nurturing homes while they complete their education, learn independent living skills, secure employment, and become self-sufficient. Youth In Need programs and services include emergency and transitional residential homes for youth, foster care case management, homeless outreach, counseling, and support groups, education and infant, child and family development at more than 40 sites, in St. Louis City and St. Louis, St. Charles, Lincoln, Warren, and Montgomery Counties.

Child Evangelism Fellowship® also known as CEF® is a Bible-centered, worldwide organization that is dedicated to seeing every child reached with the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ, discipled and established in a local church. CEF has different types of evangelistic programs, but the two most identified with the organization are 5-Day Club® and Good News Club®. These two exciting ministries take place in neighborhood settings such as homes, backyards, schools and community centers all over the world. These fast-paced, one-hour programs are designed to bring the Gospel of Christ to children on their level in their environment.

Missouri Intergovernmental Risk Management Association is an association of municipalities solely in Missouri who have pooled their resources together for risk management and insurance purposes. MIRMA is Missouri's original municipal trust having formed in 1981. MIRMA is located in beautiful Columbia, MO.

In March of 2020, I made the move inside the organization to Operations and Financial Manager. I felt that this was a position that uses my skill set to better use. As the Operations and Financial Manager, my responsibilities include:• planning and implementing strategic growth as part of a team• managing day-to-day business operations of the administrative office• placing people and services together • implementing multifaceted tasks involved with event planning • communicating with all stakeholders, vendors, volunteers, and clients• reconcile accounts, invoicing, accounts payable & receivable on a monthly basis• assisting and reporting directly to the Executive DirectorAccomplishments• Overseeing a major facilities renovation and expansion• Bringing up-to-date a significant backlog of irreconciled accounts to the satisfaction of auditors• Working with a team to re-design old fundraising events into successful first-time virtual events• Securing grant funding critical to the survival of the organization• Building budgets for funding opportunities
