The Career Development Center (CDC) equips Minnesota State University, Mankato students and graduates with the tools and resources to successfully explore, develop and manage their career paths for a lifetime. We provide essential connections between individuals, academics, employers, and the global community. The purpose of the Career Development Center (CDC) is to provide services and resources which assist students with their career planning and search for employment. The role of the CDC is not to act as an employment agency. We strive to provide the tools and resources to best equip each individual to successfully manage his/her career and employment path for a lifetime. The CDC is a centralized operation responsible for providing career development activities for all six MSU colleges.
