I speak with prospective Employer Groups seeking to satisfy the need for health care coverage for their staff. I walk the Employers through the sales process while providing a fiduciary mindset.
I work one on one with Employer Groups as they enter into the Health Care Industry, walking through the required steps all the while ensuring the integrity of their company is maintained.
I seek to form a bond with the Employers assisting in the underwriting needs, paying close attention to details and a suitable timeline, working one on one with their employees as necessary to obtain that goal.
I assist and monitor that our staff acts as a liaison and advocate between the TPA and the Employer to set to the stage for long term relationships between all parties.
I work closely with established or prospective associations to create marketing and enrollment goals, as well as providing analytic data of the outcome.
I have created, maintained and reported statistical data exploring the outcome of all of the above movement while forecasting the possible business growth for the company to the CEO and health division.
