Management of capital budget/expenditures, payroll, accounts payable, billing & collections, personnel administration, employee benefits & retirement plans. Negotiated all corporate contracts, i.e. leases, real estate, payer contracts, benefits, etc.
Responsible for analysis, purchase & implementation of new computer office management system, electronic medical records system, computer network, group retirement plan & corporate accounting firm selection; implementation & management of new corporate website; implementation of new off-shore transcription service, resulting in over $100,000 in annual savings; design & build out of new corporate office site, resulting in approximately $500,000 in corporate savings.
