Maple River Grain & Agronomy LLC was formed on June 1, 2004 with the merger of the Farmer's Cooperative Elevator Company of Prosper, AGP Grain of Casselton, and Chaffee-Lynchburg Farmer's Elevator. Construction of the new grain facility in Casselton, ND began on April 16, 2004. The facility became fully operational in April of 2005. The fertilizer plant construction started on May 7th, 2008. The shop, chemical, and seed warehouse became operational January 1, 2012.
