Fulton Beer was founded in a literal garage in the Fulton neighborhood and grew into Minneapolis' very first taproom in 2012. Our taproom operates a 20 bbl brewery inside for test batches, fun one-offs, and experimental brews. The taproom also operates a small kitchen on-site so our guests never go hungry! We welcome thousands of Twins fans to the taproom and patio every year, since we’re located just a block away from the stadium. But, the bread and butter, that’s our 50,000 sq ft production brewery in NE Minneapolis. There, we produce nearly 30,000 barrels of our very own Fulton products and those of contract partners.
