Acrotech Inc is a custom urethane manufacturing company located in Lake City, MN. We specialize in custom urethane, industrial urethane, metal forming urethane, standard urethane and roll bending. All of our products are made in the USA and are designed for long-lasting durability. Acrotech Inc's manufacturing process involves casting and compression molding of K•Prene® urethane. This allows us to produce parts cost-effectively, compared to machining or injection molding. Acrotech Inc.’s stocked products include several industry-specific parts in addition to sheets, round rods, bars, Versa Rolls™ and several styles of bumpers. These items are stocked in 6 different durometers/hardnesses in a variety of sizes. PlastiCert is a full service Mold Design, Mold Build & Maintain, plastic injection molding services provider. We do insert molding, overmolding, value added assembly, in-mold decorating and post molding decorating. PlastiCert has injection molding presses that range from 30 to 440 Tons of clamping force and shot sizes from ounces of plastic to 3 pounds.
