During two fast paced years, I managed the sales and finance functions of the Auto Group Leasing Department. I authored and audited company personnel policies, standard operating procedures, and employee handbooks. In this role I developed innovative new-employee orientation, including safety training, employment verifications and investigations. I also monitored performance of the current portfolio of specialty loans and made changes to achieve performance targets. I acted as primary customer contact and resolved all customer requests, questions, and complaints. In addition, I built relationships with customers and the community to establish long-term business growth. Furthermore, I maintained knowledge of current sales and promotions, as well as policies regarding payment and exchanges and security practices. I also compiled a database of loan applicants' credit histories, corporate financial statements, and other financial information. Finally, I met regulatory requirements, including the Bank Secrecy Act, Anti Money Laundering, OFAC, USA Patriot Act, Privacy Act and Community Reinvestment Act.
