As Operations/Office Manager I was responsible for the operations of the business, which included; accounts receivable, daily balance, patient billing, health insurance claims, patient chart maintenance, product & inventory control, environmental feel (patient happiness), and employee supervision. In addition, I was challenged to develop and implement a hygiene program that would not only generate reoccurring revenue, but also get buy-in from patients on their dental health. Before the owner sold the business to another provider, this goal was met by increasing the hygiene programs by 26%, resulting in $120k lift in revenue.
