Oil & Gas Company Responsible for assisting the MYCO Accounting Department teams with multiple tasks to ensure that Audit and Business needs are met regarding documentation and deadline. Tasks include scanning, filing and indexing of critical Accounting documentation for MYCO, and assisting various MYCO Accounting departments with coding, data entry, journal entries, and other tasks when needed. Other duties include, but are not limited to: - Processing daily deposits - Maintaining electronic data - Recording miscellaneous journal entries - Processing Account Payable - Processing Operated/Non-Operated Revenue - Setting up payments for State taxes/royalties and Federal Royalties - Communicating with Vendors when needed - Other assignments as directed by a supervisor
