As the Office Manager I was the sole support for an office of 13 commercial real estate appraisers. Many of them worked from home, so I served as their virtual assistant as well as the receptionist, file clerk, accounts receivable, errand runner, among other duties. I kept the office organized and running efficiently while also meeting daily deadlines both independently and as a team. I handled confidential financial information and tactfully dealt with bankers and property owners who were only privy to certain information. I worked in this role from 2003 to 2006 as well.
