I have appraised various property types including Multi-family, Multi-Family Complex, Big Box, Shopping Center, Strip Center, Retail Condo, Supermarket, Car Dealership, Bank, Restaurant, Fast Food, Office, Office Complex, Mixed-use, Warehouse, and Manufacturing. However, I was involved in many reports as a part of a larger team. My responsibilities included market analysis, sale and rental comparables research and analysis, lease analysis, income statement analysis, data collection, and inspections. Many of the appraisal reports, to which I contributed, were large multi-family, retail, and office properties located on Michigan Avenue, Rush Street, Oak Street, and Wacker Drive, and throughout the Cook County.
