• Responsible for the development of promotional and marketing activity in a nine state territory with national and regional food retailers and food service customers to drive the sales of Michigan apples, including advertising programs, display contests, sales contests, POS programs, in store radio and demo programs • Present news and status of Michigan’s apple crop to food retailers and communicate consumer education activities through out the marketing area. • Work with both produce buyers and retail merchandiser to help drive promotional programs. • Coordinate and attend trade shows and conventions representing Michigan fresh ● Instrumental in the development of several successful consumer programs
