Outer Cape Health Services (OCHS) is a is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization with three community health center locations on Cape Cod, in Provincetown, Wellfleet and Harwich, and pharmacies in Provincetown and Wellfleet. Our mission is to provide a full range of healthcare and supportive social services that promote the health and well-being of all who live in or visit the eight outermost towns of Cape Cod: Harwich, Brewster, Chatham, Orleans, Eastham, Wellfleet, Truro and Provincetown. We serve nearly 17,000 patients per year, providing a wide range of services including primary care, specialty care, behavioral health, pharmacy, WIC and insurance enrollment assistance, and no one is denied access to services due to an inability to pay.
