UNITE HERE represents more than 250,000 workers throughout the U.S. and Canada who work in the hospitality, gaming, food service, manufacturing, textile, laundry, and airport industries. UNITE HERE boasts a diverse membership, comprising workers from many immigrant communities as well as high percentages of African-American, Latino, and Asian-American workers. The majority of UNITE HERE members are women. Through organizing, UNITE HERE members have made apparel jobs in the South, hotel housekeeping jobs in cities across North America, and hundreds of thousands of other traditionally low-wage jobs into good, family-sustaining, middle class jobs.

We are owner/operators of the Lenox Hotel in Boston, currently ranked in the top 500 hotels in the World by Travel and Leisure 2014, as well as highly ranked in Boston on Trip Advisor. Further we own the Comfort Inn and Suites at Logan Airport, a platinum award winner from Choice Hotels (ranked #29 out of 1357 in the brand). Saunders Hotel Group also manages a select service hotel - the Hampton Inn in Norwood, MA which received conversion of the year award from the brand upon opening in 2007. This property is owned by partnerships which were formed by affiliates of SHG. We have an extremely seasoned team of industry veterans who are passionate, skilled, and ready to take on exciting new challenges.

C & B Operations, LLC started with one location in 1988, in Gettysburg, SD, when Dan Cronin and Rod Burwell purchased the local John Deere dealership to support the farmers, ranchers and local community when the owner suddenly passed away. C & B has evolved to become one of the largest and most recognized John Deere dealership groups operating thirty-seven stores in South Dakota, Minnesota, Iowa, Montana, Wyoming, and Idaho. C & B continues to build on their original commitment and honor Dan Cronin & Rod Burwell through the name, C & B, vision, and mission. Today, C & B remains family owned and led by Rod Burwell’s sons, Peter, Blake and Michael. In 2021, C & B expanded into the Material Handling and Powersports division with eight material handling locations in Iowa, Louisiana, and Alabama and one powersports location in Okoboji, Iowa. Growing again in 2022, C & B acquired a ninth material handling location in Montana, establishing a tenth in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, and acquired number eleven later in Dothan, Alabama. To conclude the tremendous growth of 2022, C & B also acquired Jefferds Corporation and Homestead Materials Handling Company of Virginia and West Virginia bringing the total number of material handling locations up to twenty. The Burwell and Cronin fathers started the company and grew it on the same values that continue to be honored today: honesty, ethics, and hard work.
