• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including customer and vendor agreements, licensing, federal and state tax issues, insurance, permitting, real estate, supplier and service contracts ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies in support of customer contract initiatives. Communicate effectively to resolve contractual disputes and negotiate favorable terms.
