• Serve as chief executive for a multi-million dollar contracting firm with extensive energy and manufacturing client base
• Direct organization through complicated financial, organizational and operational corporate changes
• Create long and short term strategic planning for business operations
• Coordinate and manage multiple projects, consistently meeting aggressive deadlines and budgets
• Approve directly and exercise final authority in regard to overall business and on-going project decisions
• Final authority on project budgets and change order requests
• Directly responsible for contract review and approval and coordinate all corporate legal issues
• Supervise and manage effectively in excess of 125 employees
• Orchestrate and lead departmental and corporate-wide staff meetings to discuss organizational, operational and cross functional goals and objectives
• Initiate and implement strategies to expand customer base into broader industry sectors
• Negotiate, review and authorize vendor and contractor agreements within the project supply chain
• Develop and perpetuate relationships with current and potential customers and vendors
• Establish policies and procedures to insure regulatory compliance employment regulations
• Directly responsible for all phases of human resource functions
• Conduct and review employee evaluations on an annual and semi-annual basis for performance and merit compensation
• Review and approve company compensation and develop compensation program for all levels of staff positions
• Act as company liaison with third party administrators for company profit sharing and ESOP programs
• Oversight of safety personnel
• Establish HR policies and procedures to insure regulatory compliance with regulations
