My role was a newly created position and I was tasked with developing an internal Human Resource structure for a company that previously outsources all HR functions. • Configure and maintain ADP HRIS (WFN v.9) • Implement a focal Performance Management program which includes employee reviews, goals and objectives • Negotiate favorable pricing for various HR software purchases • Advise senior management on HR-related issues, coach first line supervisors re: employee issues • Compile employee data for, and assign appropriate safe harbor IRS codes for Forms 1094-C and 1095-C filing in compliance with Affordable Care Act (ACA) • Draft Employee Handbook and update annually in compliance with state and federal laws • Write Job Descriptions for over 40 titles/positions • Design benefit programs, negotiate annual renewal rates and administer plans for both domestic and international benefit programs • Manage complete recruiting cycle through onboarding new hires • Oversee all vendor partnership activities, specifically leveraging company’s insurance broker as a resource to expand the HR department • Supervise and direct daily workflow for department’s HR administrator
