Holyoke Health Center is a Federally Qualified Community Health Center located in Holyoke, MA. Founded in 1970, Holyoke Health Center, Inc.’s mission is to “Improve the health of our patients through affordable, quality health care and comprehensive community-based programs to create a healthy community.” Holyoke Health Center has been the only free-standing comprehensive health center in the greater Holyoke area with onsite 340B pharmacy and integrated oral health and behavioral health services. Incorporated in 1958, United Counseling Service (UCS) has worked to provide Southern Vermont with nationally recognized community-based services for children, adults, families, and seniors with the goal of helping people improve their quality of life. Services provided include counseling, outpatient substance abuse counseling, early care and education, clinical support and more. UCS is home to Bennington County Head Start.
