The General Pension and Social Security Authority (GPSSA) is the responsible UAE-based federal authority mandated to apply pension and retirement benefits for Emiratis (males/females) working in a public or private sector in the UAE or GCC Region, given that they are between 18 to 60 years of age and are fit to work. Employers are required to register their Emirati employees with the Authority no later than one month from their joining date in order to ensure insured individuals, pensioners and beneficiaries enjoy salary contributions upon retirement. Potts Welding was founded by Walter Potts in 1929 as a boiler repair business. The facility is situated on 16.5 acres housing 180,000 square feet of manufacturing and ancillary space. Potts extensive parts and tubing inventory is stocked to meet customers' daily and emergency requirements and has shipped boiler parts to virtually every continent. Potts still operates a small field service group out of its main site in Newark, Delaware. Providing piping, overhaul and repair services to several loyal and original customers.
