Assistant to owner/lead therapist of small business providing counseling services for 120 clients. Provide administrative support for 5 therapists within a professional organizational setting subject to federal HIPAA regulation. Interact with clients, manage communication, and draft memoranda and other documentation in busy, deadline driven team environment. Answer incoming calls and correspondence, routing to appropriate personnel, Work closely with team to coordinate meetings, maintain calendars, and manage office operations, including banking, bookkeeping, and sales transactions. Perform web site updates, develop forms, and manage Excel databases. Research legal issues related to federal regulation.
