Supervise Accounts Payable; Prepare Financials; Study daily Cash flow; Work closely with Owner;
Work closely with outside Auditors (CPA, State and Bank); Create and Maintain Chart of Accounts; General Ledger Entries and Recons; Record and Track Assets; Prepare Sales Tax for all States; Prepare BETE and BETR (Maine); Prepare and Maintain Budgets; Maintain financial staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training employees: HR Backup; Ensure bank reconciliations are completed in a timely manner; Track Medical Insurances and Renewals; Maintain Corporate Insurances and other duties as requested or needed.
