As a CSR/Teller my responsibilities were to provide customers with exceptional customer service by answering phones and advertising all different services that our bank offers such as: opening or updating bank accounts, handling all forms of transactions: cash, loan payments, loan payoffs, withdrawals from checking, savings, IRA, CD, and loans with lines of credit. I also enrolled first time and existing customers in online banking, take orders for new and replacement debit cards, assisted in book keeping when needed or keying in proof, retrieved credit reports and profiles of customers for officers as well as assist our loan team with any officer approved undertakings including: collecting updated insurance policies and assisting in loan renewal and extensions.
