*Manage accounting, administration, sales, and operations.
*Manage company financial and business planning, budgeting, capital asset purchases, forecasting, and expense variances.
*Identify and present essential information and data needed by management to make critical decisions to optimize production, inventory, and profitability.
*Work with outside CPA firm to ensure all corporate filings and tax payments are maintained.
