Seven Counties Services is a Community Mental Health Center that offers a full range of mental and behavioral health services, substance abuse treatment, and intellectual and developmental disabilities services in a seven-county region in Kentucky. At Lighthouse, the light is always on, and the door is always open for any young person looking for help. And that’s only the beginning. Once inside, they receive the personalized care and unconditional support they need to thrive. At Lighthouse, a wide range of services is available so the young person can connect with what they need in one place. Approximately 400 young people sleep safely under a Lighthouse roof each night. And each one has the entire Lighthouse team on their side, providing access to therapy, case management, life skills training, and much more. Whatever the challenge, Lighthouse is ready to support each young person and their family on their unique journey.

Stewart Home & School is one-of-a-kind community.  Most special education programs end at age 21, and then adult settings focus on vocational options and daily living skills.  Stewart Home & School is a residential school for people of all ages with intellectual disabilities. We assign each person with special needs a special education plan in addition to goals for vocational placement, social maturity growth and daily living skills training.  Working together with the student, his/her family and the school faculty, each plan is implemented on a year-round, three-semester basis and schedules are adjusted as needed.

People Working Cooperatively Inc. provides critical home repairs and services to low income, elderly and disabled homeowers who are often faced with illness, disability or simple old age, and do not have the resources to keep their home safe. Our core services are critical home repairs, energy conservation, and home modifications, provided at no cost to the homeowner in the 20 county greater Cincinnati, northern Kentucky and western Indiana areas. Our typical client earns about $13,000 a year. We employ 120 full time professionals and have a dedicated volunteer corps of about 3,500 people from all walks of life all who serve over 14,000 clients annually. We also have a social enterprise, Whole Home, that provides home modifications for people at any income level with the ability to pay. Cincinnati Association for the Blind & Visually Impaired is a private, not-for-profit organization with a long and respected tradition of offering comprehensive services to people who are blind or visually impaired. CABVI is not a state or federal agency and does not directly receive tax dollars.

Since 1996, families and physicians have trusted The Kidz Club to provide the safest, most cost-effective and highest quality day nursing care in a fun, stimulating environment for children from birth up to 21 years of age. The Kidz Club is a Medicaid Licensed Prescribed Pediatric Extended Care (PPEC) Center.

The Boards of Directors of Rauch, Inc. and Blue River Services, Inc., locally based non-profit organizations serving their communities for over 60 years each, have formed a strategic alliance in an effort to obtain operational efficiencies and strengthen both agencies. This alliance also ensures the continued provision of an array of quality support services to individuals with disabilities and communities in 30 counties in Southern Indiana. In this alliance, Rauch, Inc. and Blue River Services, Inc. continue to provide their current services in existing locations with their current staff members while maintaining their present-day identities. RBR Alliance, Inc. has been created as a 501(c)3 non-profit corporation that serves as an umbrella organization for, and provides administrative, financial, development, human resources and IT support to both agencies. Dan Lowe, current CEO of Blue River Services, has been selected to serve as the CEO of RBR Alliance, Inc. with Bettye Dunham, CEO of Rauch retired as of August of 2019. The Board for RBR Alliance, Inc. consists of appointments from existing Rauch and Blue River Board members at the time of the formation of the Alliance.
