The Ephraim McDowell Health system is a comprehensive, integrated healthcare delivery system that serves more than 119,000 residents from six counties in central Kentucky. Beginning in Fall 2016, Berea College expanded its business education initiative in a new direction by granting the selected group of students the opportunity to manage a $100,000 portfolio of equities on the U.S. stock market.
